Air pulsed jig with minimum energy consumption
Single or multiple stage pulsation
Computer simulated jigging bed movement
Fully automatic operation with analogue measurement of bed depth
Feed size range of 0.1 to 150 mm for capacities up to 500 tph per unit
Low capital and operating cost

This technology is based on the separation of minerals in the jigging machines would stratify in pulsating water. The upward and downward currents fluidized compact the grains into relatively homogenous layers. Low density pieces stratify on the lower bed. The most precise stratification of the particles are achieved by the optimizing of the frequency and amplitude of water pulsation according to the feed characteristics. These machines are air pulsed to achieve nearly wear-free and so the stroke-motion could be adjusted within wide parameters during operation with easy operation and control design features. The laterally pulsed jig guarantees as all time physical stable system with less energy consumption, maintenance and wear. The distinct advantages of the PLC based analogue measured discharge control:

Direct setting of target value (layer thickness) on the operator panel
Absolute measurement and indicating scale on the operator panel
Controller parameter setting (change) on operator panel
Advanced dynamics in controller actions

This machine is fully automatic with analog measurement of bed depth with a capacity to handle feed size ranging from 1mm to 150 mm with throughout rates up to 700tph. Allminerals have plants successfully running all over the world.
