To undertake and successfully execute heavy (up to 50 tons single piece and 8 meters height) and sophisticated fabrication jobs with emphasis on quality assurance, Hari Machines Ltd. has its own hard-core fabrication wing to cater to the various needs including Mig/Mag, submerged arc welding machine and Ultrasonic/radiographic quality welding, stress relieving, CNC profile cutting machine and plasma cutting. All the welders have been qualified as per ASME section- IX standard. WPS, PQR & WPQ are followed and maintained to ensure quality welding. Our plate bending machine (with pre-pinching facility) can bend plates up to 63mm thickness.
