Chain Conveyor

Feeder breakers are primary crushers (pick mounted roll crushers integrated with chain conveyors) for crushing run of mine minerals like coal, limestone, potash, rock, gypsum, petroleum coke, etc, down to a size suitable for continuous transport and further processing.

Feeder Breaker

Feeder breakers supplied by DBT have a wide range of capacities upto 2500 tons per hour. The machine comes in various designs that can be used as stationary, semi- mobile or mobile units. In some of the special design, the expensive concrete foundation is not required at all. For specific applications without a feeding hopper, no expensive ramp is required to feed the crusher.

No Ramps | feeding hopper required

With the special design of rotor, an output size as low as minus 100 mm can be obtained in single stage of crushing only. Thus, secondary crushing is not necessary thereby reducing the capital and the operating cost of the machine. The integrated chain conveyor are robust and robust and have chain breaking strength up-to 150 tons thereby reducing the frequent breaking of chains.

No concrete foundation | high mobility
The integral PLC system monitors and controls the crusher and conveyor drives, thus permuting the unmanned/remote control automatic operation of the crusher. Choking (plugging) is negated because, if there is an overload to the crusher, the simple reversal of the conveyor will clear the crusher, eliminating the need of lost time and labour intensive manual cleaning.
