Latest product being developed at HML is Counter current intensive mixers - Inclined type of higher capacities - 1 ton per batch being supplied to M/s.Tata Refractories, Belpahar. The product has given a very high quality homogenous mix at a much reduced time.

Given its state of the art infrastructural facilities in fabrication shop & machine shop, HML started making complicated tailor made engineering equipments for various steel plants in India in the year 1975. Since then, HML has supplied various equipment for rolling mill, continuous casting shops, blast furnaces, steel melting shops, coke ovens to various steel plants like SAIL, TISCO, JSPL, JVSL, Easar, Lloyds, Sterlite Ind, Ispat Ind. etc. based on the design of SMS, Schloemann Siemag, Mannesman Demag, Germany, hoestemberge & Klutch of Ceremony, Morgardshammer of Sweden, Tyazprommexpet of Russia, SMS Demag, Delhi, H&K, Bombay, Mecon-Ranchi & Kolkata, GA Danieli, Kolkata, MN Dastur, etc.

HML have also exported steel plant equipment to Bangladesh (Cold rolling mill) & Egypt through third parties.Today, HML has the expertise and manufacturing facilities at par with the best engineering shops in India.

As a part of its diversification program, HML started making sponge iron equipment in the year 2000. Since then it has supplied almost 70(seventy) sets of 50 & 100 TPD Sponge Iron plants consisting of rotary kiln, cooler & pollution control equipment to various customers. HML is also supplying toothed roll crusher for coal/iron ore, vibrating screens, jaw crushers for iron ore crushing and coal impactors to sponge iron industry having completed almost 30 sets for various plants in the last 3 years.

HML has also developed infrastructure & expertise for manufacturing & supplying higher sized plants like 350 TPD & 500 TPD rotary kiln, cooler, crushers & screens and is currently executing one order for Beekay Steel & Power, Barbil for 350 TPD Sponge Iron plant.
