Hari Machines Ltd. occupies leadership position in manufacture and supply of refractory machineries. Many of the machines in Hari Machines Ltd.'s product range are import substitutes being upgraded with new & better performing features on a continuous basis. Hari Machines Ltd. have exported its various machineries like Friction Screw presses, crushers, etc. to various South East Asian countries like China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand, etc. Latest product being developed at Hari Machines Ltd. is Counter current intensive mixers - Inclined type of higher capacities - 1 ton per batch being supplied to M/s.Tata Refractories, Belpahar. The product has given a very high quality homogenous mix at a much reduced time.
 
Engineering Equipments
Given its state of the art infrastructural facilities in fabrication shop & machine shop, Hari Machines Ltd. started making complicated tailor made engineering equipments for various steel plants in India in the year 1975. Since then, Hari Machines Ltd. has supplied various equipment for rolling mill, continuous casting shops, blast furnaces, steel melting shops, coke ovens to various steel plants like SAIL, TISCO, JSPL, JVSL, Easar, Lloyds, Sterlite Ind, Ispat Ind. etc. based on the design of SMS, Schloemann Siemag, Mannesman Demag, Germany, hoestemberge & Klutch of Ceremony, Morgardshammer of Sweden, Tyazprommexpet of Russia, SMS Demag, Delhi, H&K, Bombay, Mecon-Ranchi & Kolkata, GA Danieli, Kolkata, MN Dastur, etc.
Hari Machines Ltd. have also exported steel plant equipment to Bangladesh (Cold rolling mill) & Egypt through third parties. Today, Hari Machines Ltd. has the expertise and manufacturing facilities at par with the best engineering shops in India.
 
Sponge Iron Equipments
As a part of its diversification program, Hari Machines Ltd. started making sponge iron equipment in the year 2000. Since then it has supplied almost 70 (seventy) sets of 50 & 100 TPD Sponge Iron plants consisting of rotary kiln, cooler & pollution control equipment to various customers. Hari Machines Ltd. is also supplying toothed roll crusher for coal/iron ore, vibrating screens, jaw crushers for iron ore crushing and coal impactors to sponge iron industry having completed almost 30 sets for various plants in the last 3 years.
Hari Machines Ltd. has also developed infrastructure & expertise for manufacturing & supplying higher sized plants like 350 TPD & 500 TPD rotary kiln, cooler, crushers & screens and is currently executing one order for Beekay Steel & Power, Barbil for 350 TPD Sponge Iron plant.
 
Hari Machines Ltd. has expanded our offerings to waste heat recovery & steam generation solution, utilizing various low calorific value fuels like washery rejects, dolochar, biomass etc. Now Hari Machines, equipped with knowledge of latest combustion technology like Atmospheric Fluidized Bed Combustion, Circulating Fluidized bed Combustion etc, has already supplied number of WHRB & AFBC boilers for the power plant in sponge iron, steel, coke-oven and cement industries. In the recent outset, Hari Machines Ltd is also geared up to offer CFBC Boiler technology in the range of 60 tph to 450 tph with 164 bar pressure and 560 Deg C under Design engineering & technology from RAFAKO S.A. Poland (Largest boiler manufacturing company in Europe) suitable for combustion of washery rejects, dolochar, F-grade Coal with high ash contents and biomass.
