Design & Development
Design & Drawing department manned by competent designers, is engaged in product development & design up gradations to meet the needs of industry. Many of our equipments like Counter Current Intensive Mixer - Horizontal & Inclined, 400T Friction Screw Press and 800T Friction Screw Press etc. have been designed and built by us for the first time in India.

Raw Materials/Vendors
Our proximity to steel plants assures quality steel products virtually at our doorstep. Long-term arrangements have been made with nearby suppliers for supply of quality Iron and Steel castings. Specialized castings including those of ultrasonic quality are also available in the region. Non-ferrous castings are however being procured from national suppliers. Testing of steel forgings/castings is being undertaken in-house.
Hari Machines Ltd. has got a well-developed and wide vendor network to cater to all types of fabrication and machining requirements. Services available include intricate castings upto 50 tons, forgings up to 10 mtrs., heat treatment, grinding, honing, lapping, surface coating/plating, gear cutting etc.

Quality Assurance
Hari Machines Ltd. has got a full-fledged Quality assurance dept. with all the necessary measuring instruments for manufacturing quality product as per customer's requirements. Ultrasonic testing level-2 and Magnetic particle testing level-2 are being carried out in house by the ASME certified inspectors. Hari Machines Ltd. is maintaining ISO 9002-1994 Quality Management System and is certified by Indian Register Quality Systems (IRQS). All the employees have gone through TQM awareness programme and problem solving techniques.

Infrastructural facility
Hari Machines Ltd. has infrastructure to fabricate and machine engineering jobs with weights up to 50 tons single piece. It is possible to machine 8 meters long job in single setting on horizontal boring machines, bend up to 63mm thick plates and machine jobs up to 6.3 mtrs. in diameter & 35 tons weight on vertical boring machine.
